Pray for Palestine

 

In the midst of darkness and despair,

A land called Palestine suffers, unfair.

Amidst the turmoil of endless war,

Innocent lives are lost forevermore.

Families torn apart, their homes destroyed,

The pain and anguish can't be avoided.

Hunger prevails, haunting every corner,

As desperation grows, hearts mourn her.

The hospitals overwhelmed, unable to cope,

As wounded bodies yearn for a glimmer of hope.

Unmarked graves multiply, a heartbreaking scene,

Witnessing their sorrow, my soul feels so keen.

Oh Palestine, your agony tears me apart,

I wish I could mend each shattered heart.

But in times like these, solidarity we'll bring,

Knowing love and compassion can heal anything.

Let us stand together, hand in hand,

Supporting justice for your blessed land.

For in unity, there lies strength and might,

To aid Palestine, the land of endless fight.

May peace descend upon your wounded soil,

And bring an end to this endless coil.

Palestine, may your spirit rise above,

For in your resilience, you will find love.
